Shailesh Agrawal is an entrepreneur, promoter, and business leader with interests spanning technology, engineering, manufacturing, and emerging mobility solutions. He completed his education from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.

He currently serves as a Director and Promoter in three organizations — Supereco LLP, RSC International Limited, and Quantico Mahatejas. His involvement across these organizations reflects a broader strategic focus on building and scaling businesses within technology-driven and industrial sectors.

Shailesh Agrawal, along with Ramji Das Agrawal, has proposed to acquire a 26% stake in RSC International Limited for INR 14.2 million, further demonstrating his strategic participation in the company's ownership and growth.

Anoop Singh Rathore

Anoop Singh Rathore is an entrepreneur, innovator, and the founder of Mahatejas Innovative Machinery India Pvt. Ltd., established in 2021.

Under his leadership, Mahatejas has developed capabilities as a pioneering Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) serving the aerospace and defense ecosystem.

The company has built a strong foundation in indigenous product development and in-house manufacturing, with particular expertise in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) propulsion systems.

A defining technological capability of Mahatejas is its integrated manufacturing of critical propulsion components, including advanced SH and UH series neodymium magnets. These specialized magnetic materials are designed to support the development of high-torque, lightweight and high-performance electric motors for demanding aerial applications.
